Meet the Owner

Hello, I'm Elizabeth — and I love bringing order to the details.

I founded Waterton House to give small and micro businesses something they rarely have time for: a calm, capable partner to handle the books, the admin, and the hundred small tasks that keep a business running. My path has taken me through paralegal studies, accounting and tax training, medical transcription, accounts receivable, and years of hands‑on administrative support — all of which shaped my love for bringing order to other people’s workload. I created Waterton House for business owners who need dependable help but not a full‑time hire, giving them expert support without the burden of payroll taxes, benefits, or added overhead.

I believe great support is quiet, reliable, and personal. When you work with Waterton House, you're not handed off to a team — you work directly with me, every step of the way.

What I Can Help With

Support that gives you your time back

From keeping your books in order to handling the day-to-day admin, I take on the tasks that pull you away from running your business — so you can get back to the work only you can do.

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Accurate, up-to-date books you can trust — transaction entry, reconciliations, and clean records ready for tax season.

Invoicing & Payments

Send invoices, track what's owed, and follow up on payments — so your cash flow stays steady and nothing slips through the cracks.

Administrative Support

Inbox, scheduling, data entry, and the everyday details — handled quietly and reliably, so your day runs a little smoother.

Reports & Organization

Clear monthly summaries and organized financial records that help you see where things stand and make confident decisions.

Owner Support

The catch-all help every owner needs — research, follow-ups, and those lingering to-dos you never quite get to. Just hand them over.

Systems & Setup

Getting your bookkeeping software, files, and workflows set up properly from the start — or tidied up if things have gotten away from you.

Not sure which you need? Let's talk it through — I'll help you figure out where I can make the biggest difference.

How It Works

Simple to start, easy to work with

No long onboarding, no complicated contracts. Just a clear, friendly process designed to get help into your hands quickly — and only for the time you actually need.

3

Make It Official

A short, straightforward agreement puts everything in writing — protecting us both and keeping things clear from day one.

4

I Get to Work

I roll up my sleeves and start handling your tasks — keeping you in the loop and giving you back the time to focus on your business.

That's it — no overhead, no full-time hire, just help when you need it.

Kind Words

The peace of mind of knowing it's handled

The best part of this work is watching business owners breathe a little easier. Here's what working together can feel like.

Elizabeth took over our bookkeeping when we were months behind, and within weeks everything was caught up and organized. I finally stopped dreading the end of the month. I don't know how we managed without her.

SM
Sarah Mitchell Owner, The Corner Bakery

As a one-man operation, the paperwork was burying me. Having Elizabeth handle invoicing and follow-ups means I actually get paid on time now — and I get my evenings back. Worth every penny.

DR
David Reyes Owner, Reyes Home Renovations

What I appreciate most is how discreet and reliable she is. I can hand off a task and simply trust it's done right. It feels less like hiring a service and more like having a true partner in my business.

Jenna Thompson Freelance Designer

I only needed help a few hours a week, and that's exactly what I got — no pressure to commit to more. Elizabeth made getting organized feel easy and completely judgment-free. I recommend her to everyone.

Good Questions

Everything you might be wondering

A few of the questions I hear most often. Don't see yours? Just reach out — I'm always happy to talk it through.

I work on a simple hourly basis or a flat rate affordable rate. We'll agree on your needs and the rate up front, so there are never any surprises on your invoice.
No long-term contracts required. Whether you need a few hours a week or help with a one-time project, we'll arrange something that fits your business — and you can adjust as your needs change.
Absolutely. Discretion is at the heart of what I do. Your information is handled securely and never shared, and confidentiality terms are built right into our working agreement for your peace of mind.
Not at all — I work remotely with businesses wherever they're located. Everything can be handled through email, phone, and secure file sharing, whatever is most convenient for you.
I'm comfortable working within the tools you already use, and I'm happy to recommend or help set up the right ones if you're starting fresh. The goal is to fit smoothly into your business — not to make you learn something new.
It's easy — just reach out through the contact form with a little about your business and what you need help with. We'll have a quick, no-pressure conversation and go from there.
