Bookkeeping & Accounting
Accurate, up-to-date books you can trust — transaction entry, reconciliations, and clean records ready for tax season.
Waterton House helps small and micro businesses stay organized, on top of their books, and free to focus on what they do best — with flexible, hands-on support from someone who genuinely cares about the details.
Flexible hourly support · No long-term commitment
I founded Waterton House to give small and micro businesses something they rarely have time for: a calm, capable partner to handle the books, the admin, and the hundred small tasks that keep a business running. My path has taken me through paralegal studies, accounting and tax training, medical transcription, accounts receivable, and years of hands‑on administrative support — all of which shaped my love for bringing order to other people’s workload. I created Waterton House for business owners who need dependable help but not a full‑time hire, giving them expert support without the burden of payroll taxes, benefits, or added overhead.
I believe great support is quiet, reliable, and personal. When you work with Waterton House, you're not handed off to a team — you work directly with me, every step of the way.
From keeping your books in order to handling the day-to-day admin, I take on the tasks that pull you away from running your business — so you can get back to the work only you can do.

Start the ConversationThe best part of this work is watching business owners breathe a little easier. Here's what working together can feel like.
Elizabeth took over our bookkeeping when we were months behind, and within weeks everything was caught up and organized. I finally stopped dreading the end of the month. I don't know how we managed without her.
As a one-man operation, the paperwork was burying me. Having Elizabeth handle invoicing and follow-ups means I actually get paid on time now — and I get my evenings back. Worth every penny.
What I appreciate most is how discreet and reliable she is. I can hand off a task and simply trust it's done right. It feels less like hiring a service and more like having a true partner in my business.
I only needed help a few hours a week, and that's exactly what I got — no pressure to commit to more. Elizabeth made getting organized feel easy and completely judgment-free. I recommend her to everyone.
Waterton House is a new business — the stories above are illustrative examples of the kind of support I provide. Real client testimonials will be added here soon.
